GET INVOLVED

The WHI Opioid Project believes that the only way to end the opioid epidemic in our community is by engaging the community!

There are many ways to get involved through the WHI Opioid Project and other community organizations.

WHI Opioid Project

If you want to get involved with the WHI Opioid Project you can start by sending us a message on our Contact page and attending our monthly meetings (every third Tuesday of every month).  For more information see our calendar of events.

Medication Disposal

One of the easiest ways to make an impact on the opioid epidemic is to put your opioid medications in a lock box and dispose of them when you no longer need them. For more information see our Proper Medication Disposal page.

Community Organizations

You can also reach out to local community organizations like Washtenaw Recovery Advocacy Project (WRAP) and get involved.
